I wanted to take a moment and let you know how pleased I’ve been with your dealership after my purchase and more specifically your customer service.

I have had several dealings with both your service and parts department after the purchase of my new Chaparral boat (which I’ve been enjoying immensely) and am delighted to state that I have always received top-notch customer care. As an example, Rich Benecick (your Parts Manager) always makes me feel like a priority customer and most importantly always has the answers to my problems or needs.

You both know my personality type having worked through the sale of my boat, and I’d be the first person to let you know if I was unhappy about an issue.
